Gail Branham

When I became a Postal employee 10 years ago, I had no idea the profound influence this organization would have on my life. My career has evolved from Letter Carrier to Customer Service Supervisor and now, Customer Relations Coordinator for the New York District.

In my current position, I assume many roles. As Chief Elf for Operation Santa, I play a vital part in fulfilling the Christmas wishes of children in New York City. I also serve as coordinator for the New York District’s participation in the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive. And act as liaison for the Postmaster of New York and the public.

I have earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing with a concentration in Fine Arts from York College. In my free time, I enjoy attending art and design exhibits, family time, and all things related to bulldogs, especially, my French bulldog Chloe. She is quite a character.
