I officially began my Postal Service career in 2005 as a Postal Inspector in Anchorage, AK. Unofficially, my postal experiences started much earlier, visiting my mom, a postmaster, at her post office every day growing up. After six years exploring the wilderness of Alaska investigating mail theft, narcotics, and dangerous mail, I transferred to Las Vegas, NV and continued investigating mail-related crimes. I recently moved to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service Headquarters to join the Communications, Governance & Strategy Group as the National Public Information Officer. I currently handle media relations, internal and external communications, and supporting Postal Inspectors in the field with communication-related products and guidance.
