I was selected to serve as chief information officer and executive vice president in April of 2016. In this role, I lead the Postal Service’s efforts to drive innovation across enterprise analytics, business insights, mail intelligence, engineering systems, mail entry and payment technology, information security and infrastructure.
Previously, I was vice president of Area Operations for Capital Metro Area, having been appointed in October of 2013. In this position, I oversaw operations throughout eight districts: Atlanta, Baltimore, Capital, Greater South Carolina, Greensboro, Mid-Carolinas, Northern Virginia and Richmond, which serve a total of approximately 15.9 million customers.
I have also served as area manager, Northeast Area Operations Support; area manager, Eastern Area Operations Support; manager, In-Plant Support; senior plant manager; Processing and Distribution Manager; industrial engineer; and manager, Remote Encoding Operations.
I’m a Lean Six Sigma-trained and certified Black Belt. I have a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering and a master’s of business administration from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
